Abstract

THIS PAPER IS A FOLLOW-UP STUDY OF A PREVIOUS SIMULATION STUDY OF CAR TO PEDESTRIAN COLLISIONS WITH VOLKSWAGEN PRODUCTION CARS AND A 50TH PERCENTILE MALE DUMMY. SIMILAR TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT WITH A 6 YEAR OLD CHILD DUMMY. RESULTS OF BOTH TESTS ARE COMPARED. (A) FOR THE COVERING ABSTRACT OF SECTION 5 SEE IRRD 266063.
