The road safety in the Netherlands has not been doing so well during the last few years as it had during the previous years. SWOV wishes to contribute to answering the question: how further? To do this, a discussion was started in early 2004 about the further implementation of Sustainably Safe. This report contains a record of this discussion, and a proposal to make a Road Safety Agreement in mid 2005. (Author/publisher)
