Abstract

The influence of aging on sensory functions, (vision, hearing, dark adaption), the influence of aging on psychomotor functions and skill, the influence of aging on mental functions, the influence of aging on industrial efficiency (productivity, labour turnover, sickness and absenteeism) and the influence of aging on personal and social adjustments, are discussed and the conclusions are presented.
