Samenvatting
After a short introduction the personality of the traffic offender is discussed. The following aspects are described, nationality of the offender, recidivism, the young and the older offender, the woman at the steering wheel, the drunken driver, the hit and run driver, and the driver without a driving licence. Thereafter the bottle against the traffic criminality is outlined.
