Interim report on wrong-way driving. Phase III: Effect of off-ramp type on wrong-way driving.

This report describes which specific geometric details and traffic control devices on the ramp and on the crossroad are effective in preventing wrong- way movements. The recent state wide reduction in wrong- way incidents was attributed to the painting of white pavement arrows at all off- ramps.
