Samenvatting
In March 1969, a traffic regulation of speed limit (100 ton/h) was introduced on some important roads in France. The effect of this regulation was measured by means of some traffic surveys and before and after studies. Some of the results of this study are: a reduction of total accidents by 40% and 36,14 of fatal accidents. It has been shown that the drivers were solidair.
