Second annual report to the Congress on the administration of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety act of 1966 for the period January, 1968 to December 31, 1968.

There are two volumes of this report. The first, containing the text, and the second appendices with figures and statistical data mounted in the form of tables. The report contains the following sections: A statistical compilation of the accidents and injuries. A list of Federal motor vehicle safety standards. The degree of observance of applicable Federal motor vehicle standards. A summery of all current research grants and contracts. An analysis and evaluation, of research activities. The extent to which technical information was disseminated to the scientific community and the motoring public.
