Samenvatting
This study consists of three parts. In the first part-wich deals with literature concerning driver selection-following an introduction about traffic safety, the various criteria possible are considered. The second part consists of a main investigation and a number of preliminary investigations using servicemen. In the final section a number of selection problems are decision theoretically approached.
