Samenvatting
This report presents the preparation and results of an investigation into the play behaviour of children in six European countries. A list of toys is made up, and distinction is made between toys for boys and for girls. Families are divided into 9 social-economical classes. Three types of housing are distinguished. A distinction is made between playing inside, and outside the house, and these two categories are subdivided into several places. The analysis of the investigation shows where and with what children of different countries use to play.
