Samenvatting
A research has been done to the relationships between numbers of road accidents and volumes of road traffic. The objectives of the research were to make a critical examination of existing models showing the relation between road accident frequency and road traffic volume and to improve present knowledge on the relation between road accident frequency and road traffic volume. The methodology used is outlined and the main results are briefly discussed.
