The main source for this bibliography has been the subject catalogue of the transportation Centre Library. References were also obtained from other bibliographies and indexes. The Biblio-Index of the International Union of Public Transport was the chief external source. Imprint dates range from 1960 to 1970 with emphasis on publications after 1966.Those citations not in the Transportation Centre Library are marked with an asterisk.
