Abstract
Delegates of 12 countries in Europe participated. This recapitulation comprises the information, opinions, view points and recommendations on the following points: Road planning in the framework of urban and rural development. Interactions between road-and rail-networks. Connections of urban and rural road networks. Connections of public transport networks. Also the recommended course of further developments were discussed.
