This note includes two papers presented at "The 4th International Conference on the Bearing Capacity of Roads and Airfields" in Minneapolis 1994. The first paper "Temperature correction of asphalt-moduli for Falling Weight Deflectometer FWD-measurements" is concerned with finding an improved procedure for temperature correction, giving an evaluation of an optimum depth at which the AC-temperature should be measured, along with a programmable formula for correcting the calculated AC-moduli. The paper "Prediction of AC mat temperatures for routine load/deflection measurements" develops a new relationship for predicting the AC-temperature at a given depth of the layer. Also existing relationships are tested.
