Abstract

On urban street sections, safety for cyclists is very clearly increased by the provisions of cycle tracks. Mopeds seem to have next to no advantage. Under rural conditions, no absolute conclusions can be made on the basis of the present studies, but the relative influence of cycle tracks on various accident situations is established.
