Abstract

The results presented in this paper have enabled researchers at the Georgia Tech Research Institute to investigate the human factors issues associated with the design of advanced traffic management systems (ATMS). In analyzing the ATMS from a human factors perspective, the functional requirements as well as operator task requirements are assessed. Function and task analysis results, in addition to function allocation results, are presented. (A)
