Abstract

The article of Breed and DeFoe is divided in three parts: 1) A critique of so-called lifestyling advertising of alcoholic beverages. 2) An overview and summary presentation of a report of alcoholic beverage advertising, and 3) A presentation of some evidence that alcoholics are too much influenced by advertising. This essay examines the analysis and interpretations presented.
