Abstract
Drivers do not realize enough that there is a relationship between visibility distance, speed and braking distance. Publicity and information is given how to react in foggy weather. Warnings for fog should be broadcasted and an advice for a limited speed should be given. During driver training driving in foggy and slippery weather should be teached. Traffic detection systems should be developed and research has to be done on the foglight of cars.
