Abstract

The record contains 8 papers that deal with problems of air quality and air pollution controls relating to urban transportation. The need for closer cooperation between those responsible for transportation planning is emphasized because air quality problems are a combination of factors including vehicle technology, weather, traffic flow, and reduction of pollution concentrates.
