Abstract

This report was produced under a research study commissioned by the Dutch Minister of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. Three ministers asked Parliament to undertake a safety evaluation of Schiphol airport as a result of a plane crash in the Bijlmermeer. This project is one of three evaluating the external safety (risk to third parties on the ground in an accident) of Schiphol.
