Abstract

This study compares the differences between convicted driving impaired drivers in two cities. Pittsburgh and Atlanta, in terms of alcohol and drug use. Drugs included Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, cocaine, barbiturates, amphetamines, and P.C.P. This study also compares the blood analysis of accident victims for the presence of drugs and alcohol and compares these results with those of the convicted alcohol /drug impaired driver.
