Abstract

From a research appeared that drivers, who had a B.A.C. of only 20-40 mg per 100 ml blood already caused more accidents than a similar group of drivers, who had used alcohol. Therefore the author thinks necessary that driving after use of alcohol is made punishable irrespective of the quantity of alcohol that has been drunk. To determine whether a driver used alcohol a blood test has to be made obligatory.
