Abstract

Laboratory studies of basic psycho-physiological functions assumedly relevant for on-the-road driving performance were reviewed critically in terms of susceptibility to alcohol influences and individual differences. The neuromuscular aspects, the sensory activity, and the methodological issues are discussed. Discussions are added.
