Abstract

One of the more persistent recent issues in dealing with the problem of repeat drunken driving concerns the relative effectiveness of two different countermeasure approach: license action versus treatment. The long range effectiveness of these countermeasures is studied in terms of traffic safety i. e. accidents and convictions.
