Abstract

Among the pediatric patient population, injuries and deaths resulting from all-terrain vehicle (ATV) use are becoming a major concern. The purpose of this article is to provide a brief history of ATV use and regulation, describe the injury burden on pediatric patients, and suggest preventive guidelines for pediatric medical providers.
