Abstract

This paper examines cost and ridership data on the Cleveland Hopkins Airport rapid transit system in order to determine its financial and economic feasibility. The paper includes an attempt to ascertain the level of consumer surpluses and the effects of different price levels. Other impacts, such as effects on traffic congestion, are considered.
