Abstract

Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) are an important social problem in many countries. As road traffic accidents in China are increasing, the forensic expertise in RTA has become a major issue in forensic medicine. Although there were some reports on autopsy findings, there was no report on non-fatal injuries in RTA in China. This paper reports 156 cases of clinical forensic expertise in RTA in Wuhan, China. The disability was assessed on 10-point scales according to the official Document GA 35-92, with degree 1 being the most severe and 10 slight. (A)
