Abstract

The problem of parked cars can only be solved if the relationship between both town planning and social development is recognized. The interaction between traffic and transport under onde hand and the way the center functions on the others should be brought into an equilibrium between the "ideal" situations of both. In this view attainability and mobility should not be looked upon as if only cardrivers are spending money in shops etc. Other means of transport play their parts as well.
