Abstract
Vehicle safety features, such as anti-lock brakes (ABS), are sometimes promoted as the next 'silver bullet' for road safety improvements. Research with thousands of drivers around the world, suggests that many of them are dangerously ignorant of what ABS actually does. (Author/publisher)
