Abstract

The sensitivity coefficient and the sensitivity equation are introduced as the most fundamental elements in sensitivity analysis. Next the complex sensitivity coefficient and the complex sensitivity equation are introduced in the generalized form using matrices. Finally some examples of application of sensitivity analysis are shown using a simple model of steering system and the test method on the handling performances in the specification of ESV of Japan.
