Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to locate and review studies which have applied meta-analysis to relationships in industrial and organizational psychology. The authors' primary focus is on substantive findings, though they will offer methodological comments at times. The chapter will be organized by dependent variable: job performance, job tenure, job satisfaction, and disruptions. All results will be converted to correlations in order to maximize ease of comparison.
