A maintenance control system designed to utilize manpower, equipment and resources was started. A job list was established. A extensive training program was prepared and conducted in every division. Work standards were established. A daily reporting system was established with each division office equipped with an IBM 1050, linked by leased telephone line to the computer section in headquarters. The system has been developed and accepted by employees.
