Abstract
The so called "Psychological right of way" is given if motorists prefer to make use of right of way one of two crossing roads independent of any regulation of right of way one of two crossing roads independent of any regulation of right of way. A method is described by which it is possible to receive a clear and impartial opinion about the question of the psychological right of way in concrete and individual cases.
