Abstract
Road attendants work on and along the road, taking care of the safety on the road during road- mending, slippery roads, icy roads and by cleaning the traffic signs. They also take care of the maintenance of green belts along the road. They have to deal with dangerous traffic situations, noise, exhaust gases, irregular work, overwork and nightwork. These working conditions cause psychological stress, many accidents, and disorders.
