Abstract

There are patients with obstructive sleep apnoea who constitute a real and immediate risk to other road users. The question asked in this article is: how does a medical practioner identify and advise these patients, to try to prevent the tragedies so graphically described by A.V. Desai et all (See also C 24978 fo)? The approach advised by the author of the current article consists of several steps to be taken.
