Abstract

This study on accidents of pedestrian reveals striking correlations between the various features of accident. Thereby the age of those involved in accidents greatly comes to the fore. The result points to "rivalry correlations" between "old" and "young". Eye catching is also, that despite of considerable deficiencies in the way of acting in traffic there are few accidents only involving motorists over 60 and pedestrians under 15. Hence follows also that the probability of pedestrian being killed in an accident is growing with the advance in years.
