Abstract
Experimental buses have been constructed which run on rails as well as on normal roads. A study scheme for such a transit network is proposed, and a calculation model is developed. A computer program has been developed to service areas and the potential traffic volume for these rail-buses under certain limiting conditions, and to calculate the costs and yields, and thus its earning capacity.
