Abstract
An instrument for decreasing the unsafety of auto traffic is the use of safety belts. Legal measures and publicity have achieved that nowadays a great percentage of car occupants wear the safety belt. From research must be shown in how far a stimulation of seat belts use can be attained. It is discussed in how far the nowadays used research techniques can be maintained or must be modified.
