Abstract

The present article deals with questions of a flexible and time saving generation of vehicle system simulation models covering a large range of model dimensions and operational requirements. For essential assistance two of the NEWTON-EULER formalism based methods for a computer assisted generation of the nonlinear or linearized equations of motion of mechanical multibody systems will be investigated with respect to use specific qualifications and handling features.
