Abstract

Data were collected in 1977 from 29 major automobile insurance companies in the United States and from a survey of approximately 60.000 households to analyze information on automobile reparations and on families that experienced injuries from automobile crashes. Detailed findings are presented. Study methodologies are described, and forms and instructions are included.
