Abstract

Statistical data are tabulated concerning automobile insurance reparations and families that experienced injuries from automobile crashes. Data were collected in 1977 from 29 U.S. automobile insurance companies and from a survey of approximately 60,000 households. Tables provide information on an insurer study of auto injury closed claims and on a consumer panel study of auto injuries.
