Abstract

Data are gathered on the 1970 model US automobile for a weighted average anchorage location representative of a 1970 model. From this data a statistical analysis of the restraint anchorage locations can be made for dynamic and human population tests. The suitability of the various restraint configuration can be determined for a broad spectrum of the automobile driving public.
