Abstract

Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BARTD) is a 75-mile dual-rail, rapid transit network whit high speed electric trains serving 33 regional stations in 15 communities. The system's Light weight vehicles will be capable of top speeds of 80 MPH and operating speeds of 50 mph, including stations stops.
