Abstract

This workshop was concerned with the applicability of disaggregate behavioural travel models in demand estimation and value of time studies. Special attention was given to their usefulness in aiding policy decision-making and planning in special situations. Demand estimation models must be developed to assist in specific policy or planning questions an no one model or class of models can be expected to answer all questions of policy.
