Abstract

This book summarises information to be learned from behavioural data as applied to man-machine system development and functioning. The data is organised around a "casebook" approach in which individual studies illustrate and exemplify the conclusions derived from that data. The cases are taken from a vide variety of sources, from open psychological and human factors literature to not-readly available government reports.
