Behavioral travel demand models: some basic considerations.

Abstract

The potential justification fore an urban travel analysis research program from the decision-maker has the authority to implement such a program, is considered. Projects which would contribute to the probable implementation to research result are suggested and the in situational change at the federal level which would be required for implementation are discussed.
