Abstract
This article deals in first place with affecting man as he performs his tasks in traffic as a pedestrian, on a motor cycle or moped, as a cyclist or a car drive. The author concentrates on education and enforcement rather than on engineering, and urges for more realistic evaluation of traffic education campains.
