Abstract
This issue contains the following reports: I) Nieuwe elementen rond de Rijksbegroting. The various aspects of the national budget, viz.: the constitutional function, the macro-economic function, the selection function, and the control and industrial economic function, are discussed. II) Aufstellung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Ausführung der Programmbudgets. The French authors discuss the control function of the budget. III) An explanation is given of the definitions of some concepts in this field. IV and V) Working procedures and working groups of the Commissie voor de Ontwikkeling van Beleidsanalyse.
