Abstract

The effects on the visit and shopping behaviour, indirect originating from the Traffic Management Scheme, are much less than the direct effects, the influence on the traffic intensity. The performance is much improved on a number of specific points as (1) the subjective safety of pedestrian and cyclist (2) the walking in certain streets and (3) the total traffic situation.
