The accessibility of firms and offices is a composition of four, interrelated, sub-accessibility, respectively for workers and employees, for visitors, for goods and services, and for information. In this paper the first one has been worked out. Assumptions has been formulated with regard to the preferences of workers and employees for different aspects of home-to-work journeys (direction, length, means of transport).
