Abstract

A location policy selected to employment can be an aid to decrease the growth of car traffic. The ideas of mobility- profile and accessibility- profile are important for such a policy. These ideas are tried out for the agglomerations of Eindhoven and The Hague by which a qualitative and a quantitative approach are used. The quantitative approach gives the wanted effects in mobility on the location of a business.
